The legitimate questions that many, not just me, have asked vis-a-vis the firing of Lisa LaFlamme have never been answered ( either by Bell Media or by CTV News). Why was she let go? Was Melling instrumental into making the decision, and was it because he was peeved that she let her hair go gray? Is the matter under review? What has the investigation into Melling revealed and when will the results be made available to the public? Will the Company stonewall forever?

I have not heard back from Bell Media about what they did to Lisa Laflamme but nor did I expect to. Lisa is from Kitchener and we have watched her since the beginning of her career.

We get the Record newspaper and everyday there are letters from residents. They are on everybody's list in this area. People are extremely angry. Colleen Saunders

Disappointed in Bell Media firing Lisa LaFlamme

I have received no response in spite of several emails sent to various executives. CTV was always exclusive in the household but now being watched at a minimum if at all. Will never do business with Bell Canada. I plan to send a hand written letter to Bell Media to voice disapproval.

User's recommendation: Avoid watching CTV. Avoid business w Bell companies.

I wish to express my disappointment with the firing of Lisa LaFlamme, she was the only reason why I watched CTV news and in complete shock that such a talented, news reporter would be canceled as a "business decision " it shows a very disconcerting view of your work culture

Admit a mistake, rehire, Lisa L. Put a plan into place where she will be a part of the future, or a reasonable exit strategy! Your ethics have suffered a blow and I for one will find a new place for news with integrity…
